Ripple seems to not care about overbuilding I forgot that the neighborhood next to mine has ripple and Windstream, but that’s because Windstream didn’t bother to build half of it a while ago and ripple just came in and did the whole thing I’m guessing whoever is second in has to really do their homework to justify the upfront costs
