Glad to hear that so many people have had referees contacted @bigdreamer55, I was also confused about the salary range It make sense that they would give offers of higher salary to people with prior experience in government but given that it's a graduate program, I doubt there's many people in that situation Could be entirely off base though That's just my two cents
