If you're referring to the packages available from winehq org, the wine-stable or -devel or -staging packages install under opt and any or all of them can be installed at the same time The winehq- package installs symlinks under usr bin to make whichever version the "default", so it will run if you just type "wine" in a terminal (otherwise you have to specify the path, like opt wine-devel
