Here is a few pics to show how delicate the skin is especially where there is an existing hole First pic shows the bird after soaking in soapy water to dissolve a marble sized blood clot Next pic shows how much the hole grew after skinning and prepping the skull Next pic shows my wire guide method I use a bullet fishing weight packed with clay to guide the wire back to the pre punctured
