The issue happens (tested it and got it to work a few odd times) if you try to talk to withers too shortly after trying to resurrection them and the other was for whatever reason running away from the area stops the resurrection from happening and bugs them out

Which translates to the death of what is there, making way for and eventually feeding new life Did Jergal finally find his way of making up for unleashing the dead three on the world?
