Changed phone number and cant login - PayPal Community I lost my phone a while ago Instead of recovering my old phone number, I ended up changing phone company and getting a new number However, I can't get past the two-step authentication for my account I would like to contact PayPal directly, but it seems like I have to login first What could I do?
Why does PayPal app keep asking for security codes upon login. . . ? On the PayPal app I could add my fingerprint to login with, and I even checked the checkbox that said "don't ask for security codes" or something to that effect And yet on subsequent logins it still keeps asking for codes even after logging in with the fingerprint That's annoying and unnecessary

I can understand how being asked for a phone number when you login can be a bit frustrating PayPal does this to maintain security on our user's accounts through 2-factor authentication You should be able to add your phone number to both your Business and Personal account without issue
