My ailing Xperia T now needs replaced, but the best deals seem to be via 3rd parties, such as Carphone Warehouse If I "upgrade" through Carphone Warehouse will that process automatically keep my existing number and simply change my contract to the new device contract?

Carphone Warehouse were one of there service providers, but stopped signing up new customers a few years ago So if you go there now, you will be signed up directly with O2 The only difference would be that Carphone Warehouse would be responsible for supporting the handset

I've been in touch with Carphone Warehouse with regards to upgrading, but they're telling me that their systems are saying that my details don't match with I've been through my O2 account and given identical details to CW I received my last bill of this contract yesterday, and the contract ends
