Here's what worked After creating the workout zwo file with zwofactory com I convert it to a fit file using the whatsonzwift com conversion tool Then you plug in the Garmin with a usb cable and open the "New Files" folder where you can drop the fit file The workout shows up in the training workouts menu on the device
