I've only accidentally picked up roaming charges on St John, never St Thomas However, to cover yourself, just go onto your ATT account and activate the foreign day pass option Then at most you will only be charged $10 for a 24 hour period of roaming

The ATT basic cruise package is really easy to go over on your data The cruise plus package is $100, and gives you more data but again you can go over if not careful We do get the onboard wi-fi as we also have to keep in touch with family- but end up using the international day plan when on an island for $12 for 24 hours Second person is $5 a day if needed If ports are back to back it
