My Ohaus 1010 beam scale takes from 5 to 10 seconds to stabilize and it is magnetically dampened, whereas my digital takes about a second

Although not a magnum load, my favorite load to shoot is a 240 LSWC over 7 5 grains of Unique in a 44 special case or 8 0 grains of Unique in a 44 magnum case Personally, I would not shoot these loads in a 44 special revolver For me, I would use 7 0 grains of Unique with the 240 gr LSWC for a the 44 special load
