Also what is Digital Docs? is this just a photo of a document using your digital camera? I just took my Notary exam and I am now in the process of learning the ropes here

In other words, if the scheduler states the signing is a single refi with edocs, fax back ten pages, 10 miles travel distanance and you quote a fee for that, then you actually receive edocs for a reverse mortgage, whole package fax back, 40 miles travel distance - see the problem?

Msg #69066 Fees w Edocs A notary company called and wanted me to do a signing tonight @ 8pm They wanted to send the docs via email, which means I would need to print both the lender's copies and the borrowers copies, and the signing would be in 3 hours I told them I was available but they quoted me a rate of $65 00 WITH Edoc fee included
