i got a Hyperx Core Origins keyboard and I installed NGenuity I was messing around with changing the color modes and what not, but when I try to save the mode to one of profile keys, it says that it saved, but switching doens't do anything and I lose that profile when I make another one Can anyone here help me?

First choose your HyperX Cloud 2 microphone from the bottom right menu (where it says "any device") and then adjust the Pre Amplifying level from the top slider, that one going from -30 dB to +30 dB (obviously you low down the volume going left but you want to boost itgoing right) Click "Done" in the bottom right and you are actually done
