I think the iMac is the machine that makes the most sense to upgrade to 32GB, if you want to use it for many years It may seem overkill now, but in a few years it will probably make the difference between having to throw away that beautiful display, or being able to use it a few more years

I don't care if it's the larger SSD or the blades, but I do want to take advantage of the Thunderbolt 4 connection, since I've been using USB3 0 for my older iMacs as an external HD

The smaller screen makes the iMac 24" very much an all purpose consumer machine from my perspective A 27" display is a perfect size for my professional work, 30" being a bit too big ergonomically
