Our Story Kevin and Lisa Myers started Flying M in 1992 with their friend Kirk Montgomery Lisa grew up in Nampa, Idaho, and Kevin and Kirk were high school friends from the Yakima Valley

Specialties: Part of downtown Nampa since 2006 Flying M bakes all pastries in-house and offers morning items such as scones, muffins, pecan rolls plus cookies, dessert bars, and cakes cupcakes You can also enjoy hot oatmeal or a bowl or yogurt or granola Flying M roasts on-site with a purple Diedrich 12-kilo (small batch) drum roaster built for us in 1995 We also have an eclectic gift shop
