A side note on the Navtool install The unit comes with no installation manual and when you ask Navtool support for one, they will send you a link to a youtube video showing the installation However, the video leaves out one crucial step: you must connect the (unlabeled) red and black wires from the Navtool harness to accessory power and ground

This issue could just be my older version of iPhone and or firmware version Acura uses for its Carplay? I don't know if there is a firmware update for Acura CarPlay? I know others had various issues with IOS 13 X with different versions of iPhones I would check to see if Navtool or GROM can update the firmware as needed as smartphone tech changes

Can you use the CarPlay phone interface to make outgoing calls and receive calls, but still get BT audio? I have so many questions! Aaahhh! How does this compare to something like Navtool or Grom? Those are like twice the price Unless they are significantly better in quality, reliability, and ease of use, I can't imagine they're worth the premium
