How to do an NCOER with non rated time?: I was promoted as an E5 in OCT of 2020 I the went into IRR in october and got back in as a reclass Started AIT in August of 2021 and finished AIT in January2022 I got to my unit In February 2022 What kind of NCOER will that be?
