Did other Palazzo owners get a refrigerator lock with their frig? We didn't and am wondering if one is needed I assume so We received a generator manual but it was for a gas lpg model I assume there is a difference between the gas and a diesel generator operation and maintenance Can anybody enlighten me? Palazzo's are not exactly cheap motor homes by any stretch of the imagination either We are talking about a 6 figure deal here What I thought I was getting was a quality motor home That did not happen I made Thor Motor Coach aware of a serious leak I have had on our second Palazzo 4 weeks later I am still waiting on Thor to fix this problem
