Okay, if you cannot boot to safe mode, go back to normal mode, and then go back to the Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, right click the McAfee then uninstall, Once you get the half screen again for McAfee, tap on the TAB key on your keyboard once, that will highlight the Uninstall button then press Enter
