Turns out the monitor's native colour mode has a much bluer white point than its sRGB colour mode (9300K, vs 6500K) Also, gamma is somewhat higher in native mode, than in sRGB mode (2 42 vs 2 2) And apparently the sRGB gamut doesn't really go in for cyan (don't know the monitor native gamut capabilities but maybe this is also a factor?)
