A couple of weeks ago, I dropped off an iPad 5th gen that worked perfectly, but needed a replacement charge port (was loose, and charging intermittently) I was told that the repair would take 1 week, due to the part having to be ordered It took 2 5 weeks I sent my daughter to pick it up
