electrical panel - Splicing 3 wires into 4 wires 220 to an RV pad . . . 4 I already have, not connected to anything, a buried conduit with 3 wires (2 black, and a large silver bare wire) going to an rv pad I already have an RV subpanel which is designed to accept 2 hot 220 wires from which one leg goes to a 110 30 amp rv plug and the other leg goes to a 110 20 amp GFI plug
