Are Tripadvisor hotel reviews scams? : r travel - Reddit Unlike Tripadvisor, Booking com only lets you write a review if you actually stayed at the hotel Maybe hotels can find some way around that (fake bookings?) but I presume the vast majority of reviews are legitimate
