atek manufactures a line of resistance welding controls and welding monitors. resistance welding is the fastest and least expensive method of joining two pieces of metal. atek's line of patented controls can reliably hold a secondary weld current to a tolerance of +/- 1%. the controls can also give advance warning before a bad weld and allow a setup man to take corrective action reducing scrap costs. the controls can also be set up to detect parts missing and abort the weld sequence. atek produces a line of rogowski pick up coils which can are calibrated to +/- 1%. these coils are available in various sizes and configurations. atek's line of welding monitors can help ensure a quality weld every time. they can monitor either the welding current, welding cycles, conduction angle, or heat values and more.
