Unable to access Advanced system settings without granting UAC . . . In that prompt the cmd exe publisher was also mentioned as 'Unknown' During the restart there were some updates that were installed I'm not sure if the issue fixed by itself, or if it has something to do with the update, but I'm able to access the 'Advanced system settings' without any prompt now
