HMRC instruct Advantis to collect Tax Credit overpayment My wife and I are also in dispute, HMRC have taken my PIP as income and now issued and overpayment from Aug 19, I refuse to deal with Advantis on the telephone so sending a prove it letter and statement of accounts, also going to SAR HMRC to see what they say (you can do this free on line, btw)
