New Dual cases with noise - Pirate 4x4 Are you sure the driveshaft bolts arent rubbing e-brake pads? If its an Allpro style, those pad plates can be pretty close to the bolts Where is the play in the t-case? Did you put a gear set in the t-case? Did you clearance it yourself? You might check the oil to see if its got metal in it

Specifically the front shackel angle If so, can someone please explain exactly how it impacts ride quality?
