Louisville Restaurants Forum • View topic - New Liquor Barn Applebees, on the other hand, isn't putting BBC Beer on tap and isn't sourcing their food locally at all There is a differce that goes far beyond the fact that chains employ locally - a "chain" like Liquor Barn does support the local economy simply by virtue of SELLING items produced locally

How many have eaten in a Natl chain rest. raise your hand. While we eat at fast food on the Interstate sometimes, I'm a big user of Yelp Urbanspoon to find great local places while travelling and will go happily out of my way for great unique food We've found some real gems this way Never: Tumbleweed, White Castle, KFC, Applebees, Texas Roadhouse, Long Johns, O'Charleys, Olive Garden Deb Deb
