Line Capacity of Penn 30TW 50TW - BASS BARN 550? yards of 80 The penn book specifications only give line capacity for the reel rating The book says a 30TW holds 900 yards of 30 The 50TW holds 850 yards of 50 I think the 50TWs hold about 550 of 80# You won't get very much 80# on a 30, and keep in mind, your drag is limited to the reel rating, not the line
