BEWARE of B H Photo, they do not accept open box laptop returns Anyway, being that your circumstance seems to be that you did not purchase a product marketed as Open Box, it may be the onus of the Merchant (i e , B H Photo) to clearly communicate in their policy that they basically do not accept returns on products at all unless they are in an virtually completely untouched condition, which I believe most
