The Shops At Williams Trace Developments Yesterday I was in home depot in Sugar Land and I saw a Big Lots sign in the back of a trailer being towed by a U-Haul They had stopped into Home Depot to buy something About 10 minutes later I saw the truck parked by the street in front of the empty parking lot of the old Target building Ther
RedBud Master Planned Community, Bauer Hockley Rd And, JUST south of the big 318 acre monster I posted about is going to be Redbud, by Taylor Morrison This one, they have broken ground on, and plans are to be roughly 975 homes in this one, featuring 40' and 45" lots This is basically going to be at where Bauer Hockley turns north and becomes Hopfe Rd
Grandeur Park - Other Houston Neighborhoods - HAIF The Houston Area . . . I knew this a long time ago I saw the plans when looking at the new mall's site map They had lakes and big lots This area will look real nice Sometimes I would rather the new mall be indoor like Memorial City Edited July 12, 2007 by Trae
Gulfgate Mall History - Historic Houston - HAIF The Houston Area . . . yep, that's where it was - the doors faced the south loop though In the last years of Gulfgate it had became a Pic-N-Sav Which became MacFrugals (which is now Big Lots) My memory of Gulfgate from when I was a little kid was going to Playhouse toys I think it was in the wing that exited to the pedestrian crossover over the Loop
Rye Heights: 7-Story Multifamily At 1111 West 23rd St. The lack of zoning means that density can grow organically in Houston, as opposed to places with many square miles of land zoned as single family only, where there can be no density increase And, the area in the picture wasn't exactly high end It was a bunch of really run down mid 20th Century frame houses on larger lots
Radcliffe Motors - Historic Houston - HAIF The Houston Area Information . . . Does anyone remember Radcliffe Motors in downtown Houston It was a big place with lots of cars They had their own body shop and mechanic shop I met Mr Radcliffe down there on a Sunday afternoon around 1956 or 1957 Just curious what happened to the business
Sydney Harbour Subdivision - The Great Northwest - HAIF The Houston . . . If you like 'lake' neighborhoods, you may check out Leyland Shores, its' pricey ($380's to $500's), but they've got big lots Cy-Woods is solid It hasn't even opened yet (opens this Fall), but this should be one of the best high schools in the state Great demographics Solid schools Go for it! Highland Village Shopping Center At 4055 Westheimer Rd. Big Lots moved in next door, but I noticed they didn't actually take the Target building, just another large space next to it I noticed they're doing construction in the taget building, but the signs don't really give any details
