I own a Hayden Home in West Richland WA and I love it We bought it new 11 years ago and we have had no problems with craftsmanship or quality of materials They are not a custom home builder so yes, there are limited choices in finishes and you cannot make 100 changes during the building process but you also will not pay a custom price We paid $250k for a 3400 sq ft home on 1 3 acre lot
