UPS claims a package I dropped off “was never shipped”. I recently dropped off a package at a UPS store that had a prepaid label It shows no movement on the tracking number…the recipient never received it I called and spoke with them twice twice, they said they don’t have any receipt of the package and never scanned it

Stuck on “Label Created since May 29th” : r UPS - Reddit But it still says label created UPS does not have the item And this has been since the 7th today is the 11th which on my tracking app said that that was the estimate for the delivery day but on the UPS site itself they're saying that they will update a delivery date when they get the item
