You're probably thinking of Burro Canyon Shooting Park which is off of Hwy 39 It's a great outdoor range, but they don't do rentals In fact, it would be pretty rare to find an outdoor range that does rentals, as the renter could simply drive off with the weapon +1 for Firing Line in Burbank
