Collins Lake :: Bass Still Biting Trout Take a Dive Just a few more quiet days before summer comes crashing in! The lake is about 2ft below full with a surface temperature around 74°F and good clarity There are good reports of bass and redear activity over the last 10 days, expect the bass to settle for spawning soon

2025 Rates - Collins Lake A limited number of permits are issued for this area depending on lake levels Permits may be reserved in advance This area is not open year-round due to varying lake levels during winter spring months
Cabins Trailers - Collins Lake Cabins are a great way to stay at the lake without having to set up tents or haul a trailer We have large cabins with kitchens as well as smaller bunk-house cabins and RV trailers on site
Collins Lake :: Rental Boats and Cabins Our two story patio party boats are a great way to relax on the lake The upper deck is open to the warm sun and has a gated water slide for kids that lands in the cool lake water There's a coal barbecue off the bow and a changing room with a portable toilet so you can stay out all day
In Our Area - Collins Lake Campers and visitors enjoy walking the shoreline and trails around the lake as well as the Department of Fish Game Wildlife Area right in our back yard There's a mostly shady dirt road on the east side of the lake that campers are free to walk or bike
