COM The weapon would be overbuilt for running 22 But since the MP5 22 was designed around running 22, it would not be able to handle the forces involved with using 9mm Even if you somehow made parts to work and somehow got a barrel, the receiver would not handle the strain very well and would probably fail rather quickly

COM Okay first I am talking about an actual conversion kit, not a fake mp5 in 22lr Last night I was thinking about frt's and the mp5 and thought a conversion kit might be possible I knew the g3 kit was done, so I searched out 22lr barrel liners and found some that are just a few thousands over 9mm bore size So I started to look deeper and discovered HK and Fleming both made 22lr conversion kits
H K mp5 22lr question gt; Heckler Koch gt; AR15. COM Does anyone know if an H K full size mp5 sp5 9mm trigger group will interchange with the H K 22lr version trigger group as in the internal parts? I'm guessing probably not but I'm curious

Has anyone modified an HK MP5 A2 stock to fit their MP5 . 22lr . . . Since HK doesn't manufacture the A2 stock for the HK MP5 22lr anymore, I bought a real HK MP5 A2 stock and modified it to fit my 22lr rifle I took my dremel and cut some extra material off the inside of the stock so it now fits on the rifle very snug, but the pin holes don't line up Has anyone done this modification before? Any help is welcome!

COM I wouldn't expect MP5 or HK build quality This is an Umarex product Looking at pictures, the receiver looks like some cast aluminum or potmetal most likely Will basically be about a half-step up from a mid-tier airsoft replica, but that's about it Don't think you're getting an actual HK MP5 that just happens to have a smaller hole in the barrel I would literally rather get an airsoft gas

COM For some reason I want to say the MP5 22 is was slightly off from the real HK gun- I don't recall exactly what the differences are were but supposedly some of the airsoft mounts would work but the real MP5 mounts didn't fit right, which kinda makes sense when you think about Umarex's main products
