Respite - Clearbrook Clearbrook’s various respite programs offer an array of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities These services are designed to help maintain individuals with developmental disabilities in the individual family home by providing short-term relief to primary caregivers
Child Family Connections (CFC) | Clearbrook Child and Family Connections serves young children from birth to age three When a child turns three years of age, Clearbrook will assist with a referral to the local school district so that special education services can continue to provide needed assistance
