Best brokerages for new real estate agents : r realtors - Reddit I just got recently licensed and I’m looking for a real estate brokerage I know of all the big brands such as Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, etc but I’m looking for the best value brokerage while still providing mentorship and training Which brokerage do you think has a good split, low or no desk fees, while still being a good option for new realtors looking for training mentorship
Coldwell Banker: Dishonest Realtors : r FirstTimeHomeBuyer - Reddit "Coldwell Banker" is a brand with franchise offices all over the country Each agent that works in those offices is an independent contractor required by law to park their license under a broker in charge
PSA: Stay far away from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The brokerage unfortunately lists a good chunk of homes in the area, but if you plan on touring a home, contact any other Realtor to schedule a showing I made the critical mistake of going through an agent at the same firm as the listing agent, and it's pretty clear they're conspiring behind my back to boost their commissions Archived post
charging buyer a commission? : r realtors - Reddit If you call it part of the commission then you’re interfering with the co-op brokerage fee offered in the mls and negotiated between the seller and listing agent and that’s a violation of code of ethics

I do not know which broker to go with. Help? : r realtors - Reddit Top brokerages in Dallas are Keller Williams, Ebby Halliday, Coldwell Banker, JPAR, and Century 21 The reason I got into real estate was to create a network I currently work at an educational nonprofit I want to be involved in public policy Should I just go with the biggest firm here (KW) because of the vast resources? Or start out in a smaller pond and gradually jump into a bigger one?
which is a good brokerage that offers training besides kw? i’m . . . Coldwell Banker and Century 21 are essentially franchise brokerages with each franchisee managing theirs independently So training is much more dependent on the management of the franchise, not the big national label behind it
