About Us - C O T S For over 35 years, COTS has been support those most vulnerable in our community by providing hot and nutritious meals daily to anyone in need and a range of services to support people in reaching their short- and long-term housing, healthcare and employment goals
What We Do - C O T S Vegetarian options are available, and every meal includes fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins COTS offer twice daily meal service, seven days a week to all clients and anyone in need in our community Lunch service is from 11:30am – 12:30pm and dinner service is from 5pm – 6pm
Mary Isaak Center (MIC) - C O T S The Mary Isaak Center Emergency Shelter is a 92-bed shelter for individuals ages 18 and older COTS operates with a Housing-Focused approach where clients receive comprehensive case-management including the creation of individual action plans to support their housing goals
COTS-mas - C O T S COTS’ programming transformed the lives of 109 children last year alone, and our Kids First Family Shelter remains the only shelter dedicated to serving families in Southern Sonoma County
Recuperative Care (RC) - C O T S COTS Recuperative Care (RC) is a short-term, residential program that provides individuals experiencing homelessness a safe, welcoming place to heal from illness, injury, or surgery

Keep People Housed - C O T S Sonoma County’s Keep People Housed initiative: together with local partners, we provide essential support for those at risk of homelessness
Community Housing - C O T S COTS’ Community Housing offers a variety of permanent supportive housing options for individuals and families throughout Sonoma County These units are funded by the County of Sonoma, federal funding sources, local healthcare providers, and generous community donations
