So I've been browsing this reddit a lot, and I've seen a lot of commendations for Crandall Office, a small business in Michigan that sells remanufactured chairs I check their facebook and they have pictures up and they look pretty legit
Torn between Crandall, BTOD and buying brand new Leap v2 What's up with Crandall's sketchy posts and arguments between Crandall and BTOD? Should I just buy a brand new Leap v2? (I've already reached out to authorized steelcase sellers within Chicago area) What pricing should I expect for a brand new chair? Is a new chair going to be very similar in seat cushioning as the refurished Leaps?

Original Steelcase Leap V2 vs Crandall Leap V2 Rebuild Crandall cushion does not seem to be the same density (not talking thickness) as the original although it is thicker This was a disappointment to me because the cushion was a big reason I liked the original
