The best place to farm tier 3 materials is Emprise du Lion Snowfleur skin, everite, dawnstone, sliverite, and a couple good cloth types whose names I forget Also there is the chance for great bears to spawn near the frozen river one after another, usually about 4-6 times And the trio of dragons you can slay for the tier 4 materials
Fix for Frosty Mod Manager not launching game via Steam EA app I had a different fix for the same issue I went to every exe file (frosty mod manager exe, frostyfix exe, DAI's exe, and eagames exe) and went in to properties-->compatibility and set them each to run as administrator After doing so, FMM would compile my mods and create the profile in modData, but fail to launch the game from the eagames app
