  • What happened to Tropical Blizzards? : r DairyQueen - Reddit
I worked at dairy queen around 2001, it was a option then Its my favorite, it's only if your location has coconut My store gets it in stock then removes it all the time At one time they just used toasted coconut because it was in another flavor that year Last year my store had coconut now they discontinued it for the 10th time
  • Dairy Queen ice cream quality : r DairyQueen - Reddit
I haven’t gone to Dairy Queen in a few years and I decided to go get a blizzard I couldn’t believe how poor quality the ice cream was It was grainy, icy and much sweeter than I remember I tasted like it was made with skimmed milk Is this a common complaint or maybe it’s an isolated incident at a specific location
  • How do the Deals in the app work? : r DairyQueen - Reddit
Dairy Queen was founded in 1940 in Illinois Dairy Queen jumped on the franchise model early; while Ray Kroc is known for popularizing franchising fast food with McDonald's, that wasn't until 1955 DQ was franchising basically right off the bat In 1947, a guy named Rolly Klose franchised a DQ in Austin, Texas

  • Opinions on Dairy Queen : r burgers - Reddit
My first job was at DQ, free food with 0 limits It was a Dairy Queen right across from the beach so I imagine the owners did pretty well for themselves Anyways, the food never got old and I ate a lot of it They are either #1 or #2 for best fast food burgers imo
  • Birthday reward clause? : r DairyQueen - Reddit
I emailed the support folks asking why I didn’t get a birthday BOGO reward This is their response I asked where is this written

  • Is it DQ policy to take tips? : r DairyQueen - Reddit
thats messed up the one i work at you get a free meal (>$10) every shift you work, and we are allowed to take tips and we get to take them home at the end of our shifts we split it between the other person we’re working with at a station its only ever maybe $1, but its a heck of a lot more generous than what you are getting
