Grateful Dead Terrapin Station The Dead only ever played Part 1 of the suite In songlists, "Lady With A Fan" is often lumped together with "Terrapin Station" rather than shown separately (1) in his 1980 recording, Hunter sang "Some rise, some climb, some crawl" and then (in the repeat) "Some rise, some climb, some fall" (2) this is what Garcia sings But the published lyrics are "if it's an end or the beginning " And
Grateful Dead Touch Of Grey (1) the original lyrics were "Say your piece and piss off" but Hunter said that Jerry wanted him to change "piss off" to "get out" to give it a better chance at airplay (quoted by Bob Clinton in 'The Deadhead's Taping Companion Vol 2') But it seems Jerry sang the original lyrics anyway on at least one occasion (eg 18 March 1992 - thanks to Doug Reddick for this)
