Iready, MAP test results- when do parents see them? Does anyone have information if there’s an expected time line in FCPS for the test results to be posted or mailed to parents? Is there a certain time from the closing of the testing window? Has your school posted the test scores and information already in sis? Thanks!
Iready - DCUM Weblog The iReady is not an IQ test, my kid is smart and loves math but he is not a genius or a prodigy or needing to be super accelerated He enjoys math and asked for enrichment and to do math competitions So yes, his iReady score is a lot higher then your kids was He has always scored in the 99th percentile for math
iready score for level IV kids in 4th grade - DCUM Weblog As a 4th grader in 6th AAP math, he took the 7th grade iready If your child tested in the 90-97th percentile for 3rd graders, iready would have reported him as "On Level" (for 3rd grade)
Why iReady is dangerous - DCUM Weblog IReady is a screener it will help find students that need extra help that were overlooked before and years later needed much more intervention It is a good thing In order to get the information needed, you need to administer it more than once It also shows growth- so that you can see if a child learned during the time period
AAP Results and Discussion 2025 - DCUM Weblog According to my AAP packet that I requested, the iReady Reading score from First Grade was included in the packet That seems a bit unfair - what if the kid scored poorly but then has improved their reading etc in the last year!
How much do grades and iready scores impact AAP admissions? And do they only look at 2nd grade iready scores or also first grade? I have a current first grader and she basically has all 3s on her report card from kindergarten and first grade I am fairly certain the teacher has cut and paste the comment section for the majority of the students as her classmates have received the exact same wording My child scored well on the recent NNAT (141) Iready
AAP Results and Discussion 2025 - DCUM Weblog Same for iReady (though there was a Winter one subsequently) and also the fall VALLS was attached, for what little that's worth --no percentiles just a score in the "low risk of developing a reading problem" range and a long boilerplate explanation of the tool
Iready score and progress concern - DCUM Weblog 1st grade DC had fall and spring iready tests, math was 440+ fall then 460+ spring while reading 520+ fall then 530+ spring, just curious since so little score change, does it mean DC doesn’t make much progress in the past 5 months?
iReady Reading and Map Math scores - 3rd grade Fall Hi, we received the Fall iready scores for reading and MAP scores for math for my 3'rd grade DS Below are the scores - iReady Reading - Overall 'Early On' (Two Early On and Two Mid or Above) Percentile - 82 MAP Math - Overall 'High' Percentile - 94 We were hoping to refer my DS to AAP for this year (parent referral , did not get in last year) How good are these scores? Specifically i am
IReady percentile - DCUM Weblog For your question of 480 vs 580, second grade fall iready math table shows 99% are for scores 452-800 If you skip to iready math spring table, it shows 99% covers from 479-800
