I found a solution how to install Microsoft Digital Image Suite 10 . . . This worked for me installing Digital Image Suite 9 after several tries today, December 11, 2023 on a brand new Dell Windows 11 64 bit I was able to sign out as recommended by clicking on START menu, then my profile and the option is available I'm so happy I was able to get this to work Thanks for the work around!!
