Purolator shipping problems - Dell When I ordered a dell xps laptop on November 23rd, I was expecting it to be delivered in 2 weeks time (which I think is reasonable) The shipping label was created on the very next day and it was picked up by purolator 4 days later After more than week, I got a notification saying “Carrier expects delivery delay due to missed connection”
Order Shipped On September 29th but Still Stuck at . . . - Dell I got Purolator's track # and found my item shipping label created on March 25 in history And then there has been no update since then I wrote an email to dell asking where is my item, but no answer I understand the delivery time takes longer than I expected, but I don't know why there is no update on the tracking and progress
Purolator tracking invalid - Dell - Purolator tracking still says the tracking number is invalid I don't know how Dell's tracking shows a delivery was attempted, but Purolator's own website does not recognize the tracking number I don't know which information is correct and who to follow up with Purolator did not leave any message or note about where to pickup my package
Dell says Shipped. Purolator says Label created. Deceptive order . . . Dell XPS 15 Stuck in Shipment Label Created Ordered a Dell XPS 15 on December 25th, 2021 The order was labeled as "shipped" on Dell's tracking and "Shipment Label Created" on Purolator tracking on December 31st The estimated ship date is January 10th, 2022 (today) and the order is still stuck in "Shipment Label Created"
