How do I download the desktop version of outlook? Try looking at the upper right of the new version and see if it says "Try the new Outlook", if it does make sure that it is turned OFF I did this and it then gave me the old interface which allowed me to have non-Outlook accounts etc Hopefully this will work for all struggling with the new version which simply no longer allows much to work
