  • FASS vs AirDog. . . . . You Decide! - The Truck Stop
A few things to note about the components… 1 – The FASS comes with 3 8” fuel line and the AirDog comes with 1 2" Both had enough to leave approx 1 – 2’ of fuel line remaining after the install I like the AirDog’s fuel lines better 2 – The AirDog comes with much nicer fittings for the fuel lines and the connectors lend themselves well if you decide to use steel braided lines
  • is a FASS worth it? | Cummins Diesel Forum
The FASS pumps also come with a lifetime warranty, i never understand why that is overlooked when this comes up But to answer your question yes they are worth it and a fundamental part of any truck build up It is good insurance to have adequate fuel supply and a benefit of the higher filtering and water separating capability

FOUND POSSIBLE PROBLEM: FASS loses prime, where to look for air leak OK, so when I first installed my FASS it was working great But it had this god awful noise I posted a video in another post So I started by double checking all the lines and fittings and found no issues Didn't find

  • fass fuel pressure | Cummins Diesel Forum
Hello Everybody, I am having an issue with my fuel pressure now So about a week ago this started and it's worrying me I bought the truck with the fass fuel system already on it, so I don't have a warranty with fass its the titanium series with both the fuel filter and water separator
  • Fass vs Air Dog | Cummins Diesel Forum
Fass and Airdog both have lifetime warranty, they should for price they charge Millions of HPCR engines running without air removal gimmick Most important is having 3 micron filtering, high capacity water seperation AFAIK, still need to put aftermarket filters on both Fass and Airdog to achieve this
  • Airdog FRRP vs FASS DRP 02 | Cummins Diesel Forum
My Fass DDRP-02 has been doing a good job for me with the edge JWA and other parts listed in the sig Easy install, 18 psi idle drops to about 14 or 15 wide open
  • Installing Fuel Pressure Gauge - FASS Pump | Cummins Diesel Forum
Hi everyone, I've been searching for an answer to this question, but have not found it I'm planning on installing a fuel pressure gauge in my truck I have the FASS Titanium pump I've read that people say to splice into the fuel line going to the VP44 to get a good reading I also called
  • FASS pump not working. help needed ASAP | Cummins Diesel Forum
Maybe you already missed this, but some of the FASS pumps are just pumps and have a cheap inline filter between the pump and the tank THAT will clog If you have the spin-on type filters, then disregard
