Aftermarket Filters compared to AC Delco PF63 Filter The Fram 10060 is the equivalent and is 3 3 inches tall The PF 63 used to have to the same bypass pressure prior to 2014 and the Fram version was the 10575 which was 4 inches tall The 6 6 uses the higher bypass pressure version of the PF63 and the Fram version is the 10575 with the higher bypass pressure which is still 4 inches tall

FE10575 vs PF63 (new and old) for L5P Duramax | BobIsTheOilGuy The FRAM FE10575 is reported to be a very good filter but there is a significant difference in the inlet hole sizes The bypass setting for the FE10575 and PF63 are roughly the same at 22 ish If I go to the FRAM website and enter in the search bar a 22 GMC 2500 6 6 401 cid (that would be the gas engine) the FE10575 comes up as recommended

Which filter is better? | BobIsTheOilGuy It seems to cross reference to the fram 4967 and the longer 4386 If you really want a quality filter you could use an endurance but how many hours are put on a lawn mower to merit that But if you were to use the endurance you could honestly use it for at least a half thousand engine hours
