why is this not working??? Villagers are panicking so why wont . . . - Reddit I figured out a way to fix this problem in my iron farms, by building a 3x2 wall between villager and zombie, top left and right of 2x3 wall is top slabs, middle is empty, bottom 3 are solid, this way when the villagers go from bed to composters, the top slabs break line of sight temporarily, which allows a brief window for the villagers to sleep every so often and not decouple from bed or job
Iron farm doesnt work?? SOLVED - Minecraft Forum My iron farm built back in Minecraft Java 1 8 still works today (in 1 12 2), without any maintenance I know some villagers have died and been replaced, since there are Nitwits in the pods now, and they didn't exist back when the farm was built
Iron Farm : r technicalminecraft - Reddit Even "day 1" iron farms will produce more than enough iron supply for a singleplayer if you build it in the spawn chunks You can actually build 2, 3 or 4 of those farms (with appropriate distance) and will have plenty of iron
Simple Iron Farm built and working on first day of survival : r . . . 1 16 Java I took it as a challenge to build a working iron farm before the first Minecraft dawn in survival It took a while to optimize the design to use as few resources as possible, with no prior iron and no nametags needed, make it without lava, build it fast, and load it with villagers zombie easily Without lava, it gets about 175 ingots per hour, and it can be upgraded to 345 ingots
any idea why this iron farm stopped working? produced several iron . . . So I had to wall it in, because I had free-range farmers breeding in the same village Eventually, we built a more classic, elevated iron farm, which has run way more efficiently, but the "day one iron farm" was invaluable at the start
Iron farm effective distance? - Minecraft Forum The main constraint on placing an iron farm near your base is to make sure there is never a misplaced validated door creating an accidental 'house' that moves the village center (and thus the golem spawn area) outside the farm
What is the distance an iron farm needs to be from a village . . . - Reddit In Java the iron golems spawn in relative to the specific villager that summons them, not the village center, so being near a village isn't what matters The important thing is to have your pod (s) of summoning villagers at least 16 blocks away from any iron golem that is not handled by the farm, because that's how far away villagers can detect
