Multisystemic Therapy - Highfields Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is designed to help children ages 12-17 who are experiencing multiple problems It is an evidence-based practice which communicates with the many systems in a child’s life This can be parents, neighbors, friends, peers, teachers, religious leaders, etc MST works with those systems to help the child begin to make better decisions

In-Home Services - Highfields The In-Home Family workers work closely with DHHS and other community support to strengthen the family by connecting them with local resources and community services In-Home Services are available in Hillsdale, Branch and Ingham counties Families are referred to Highfields through the Department of Health and Human Services
Community Services - Highfields Highfields offers 12 community-based programs designed to meet people at their earliest point of need Every person is different, which means their earliest point of need can be anywhere from before a child is born to dealing with adolescents to discovering problems within a marriage
